Built in 2023, the detached cottages are situated in an idyllic spot of Danzey Green, Tanworth in Arden, with stunning countryside views overlooking the rolling Warwickshire countryside, as well as our alpacas!

Danzey Green is a small hamlet just under half a mile outside the charming village of Tanworth in Arden.

Surrounded by open countryside, it is also well placed for the market town of Henley in Arden 4 miles, Hockley Heath 4 miles and Dorridge. It is within 30 minutes drive of Stratford upon Avon, the National Exhibition Centre and the centre of Birmingham.

There is also easy access to the railway station at Danzey Green (which is within walking distance).
This provides direct trains every hour to Stratford upon Avon and also into Birmingham City Centre.
If you prefer to drive to the station then there is a car park there with free parking.

We are approximately 10 minutes’ drive from junctions 3 and 4 of the M42 providing easy access to the Birmingham NEC.

Henley-in-Arden is only a short drive away (approx. 6 mins) or is the next stop along on the train heading towards Stratford upon Avon. This provides a good selection of pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways and small supermarkets together with some lovely independent shops and a pharmacy.

The properties have been finished to a high specification and feature; Porcelanosa bathrooms, Howdens/Tom Howley kitchens with integrated appliances to include: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob. Fibre broadband with Ultrafast network speed and secure gated access with intercom.

Both cottages have open plan kitchen/living/dining areas, 3-bedrooms (one with ensuite). Oak beams and doors, luxury bathrooms and kitchen.

The open plan living spaces flood with natural light from the oak framed glazing and the bi-fold doors retract into the private garden, with alpaca and countryside views beyond. Guests are invited to relax and unwind in both the cosy living area in the colder months, and the private garden in the warmer months. The kitchens are well equipped and with everything you may need for your stay. 

Both cottages have 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room.  Both have a further bathroom, with the larger cottage having separate shower and bath, complete with bathroom smart TV, so you can have a soak whilst watching your favourite show on TV!

The larger cottage also has an old pub-style pool table and air hockey, to keep you busy while watching the alpacas...

The cottages are situated down a driveway shared with each other and set behind electric gates. There is parking in front of each cottage, providing free parking for at least two vehicles at each.

Each cottage has a private garden at the rear, overlooking open fields, where you will find our alpacas grazing. You may also see sheep and lambs, depending on the time of year. 

Enjoy amazing sunrises, views of the countryside and an abundance of wildlife during your stay. You may well see barn owls flying over the property and across the fields. Foxes, pheasants and deer are also regular visitors, so if you’re a keen wildlife photographer be sure to bring your camera and zoom. The ideal setting for friends, family or couples.

You have full use and access to one of our 3-bedroomed cottages or, of course, can book both (subject to availability), meaning you can sleep a maximum of 10 people.
